ONE ON ONE CLASSES in 2021 !!!
There has been great interest in having these classes taught through a virtual classroom setting, which is self-paced. Currently, we are in the process of recording these classroom-based lesson plans, via pre-recorded instruction. These lessons have proven to be beneficial for 100% of the students who complete the coursework.
Our bodies are designed to run 100% of our vibrational energy, and when we become too depleted, it opens the gateway to dis-ease. I believe that our birthright is to have all of our life force/energy/chi/prana with us so that we may create our life path with joy.
The instinct of all animals is to adapt and evolve for survival. If animals don't do this, they cease to exist. If we use our instincts (a.k.a. intuition) to adapt and evolve we assure not only that we survive, but that we thrive. Our ability to listen to our intuition is like anything we desire. Whether it's a relationship or a business idea, it has to be cultivated and given loving attention. Your intuition is working whether you are aware of it or not. The key is to pay attention to your intuition and to validate it. The more you do this, the stronger it will get. Intuition is a practical tool. It conserves energy and restores awareness, allowing you to bring more efficiency to your life.
Energy Meditation is geared toward people with little or no experience with meditation.

Has strong psychic ability and would like tools to focus and utilize this gift.
Is looking for more peace in their life.
Would like to learn energy meditation techniques that will help them quiet mind chatter and focus their energy to consciously create their life.
Would like to create better relationships, financial abundance, more time spent with family, more time spent being creative.
Is at least 18 years old.

Class Time: 1-Hour per Week
Women´s Meditation is a class for beginners to advanced.
You will learn meditation and visualization techniques to:
-Identify when you are running Female energy vs. Male energy
-Separate your energy from your parents
-Be in your Female Power while still being in your soft heart space
-Know when you are healing others at your own expense
-Stop energy leaks
-Work with Female Healing Guides to heal yourself
